The Music Ministry’s purpose is to share the gospel of Jesus Christ through song, encourage believers in their walk with Christ, lead the congregation in worship and provide an avenue through which individuals may share their gift and be an integral part of the worship. The Music Ministry spreads the Word of God through music experiences. Its goals are two-fold. The first and foremost goal is to please God. Secondly, it is to promote not our own agendas, but that of the Kingdom of God. Music is crucially important to worship at New Sunlight. It is important that everyone participating in the Music Ministry understand, appreciate, and commit to the goals, objectives, ministry methods and responsibilities of this ministry. New members are always welcome.
